I operate on individual appointments times where your hair goals, desires and personal comfort are my only focus. I dont believe in buzzing between multiple guests while everyones time and attention is compromised. While your hair is processing I offer hair education, tutorials and personal styling tips, perhaps a wax or hand massage or even just a refreshing environment to simply escape for a bit!

At your appointment time PLEASE come get n back to suite 125 and will firm me of your arrival. Do NOT sit at the front desk. Thanks!

Refunds will not be granted. I will always offer modifications and adjustments to any service within one week of initial service to the clients liking and satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy
To put upmost value on both mine, yours and other clients time. I require credit card information and 50$ deposit towards all color appointments for all NEW GUESTS. Of course this balance is applied to your final service total. If a client chooses to miss their appointment without 36 hour notification the deposit is non refundable. In order to give my guests the time, attention and quality they all deserve this will be strictly enforced.

I understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. I kindly ask that you give me notice 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel.
If a 24 hour notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments or no shows are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service.
Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in my schedule and cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables me to schedule another appointment and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Due to my scheduling commitments to other clients schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
